In addition to a jeep safari, elephant ride, jungle walk, and dugout canoe trip, we also have a special tour called Sauraha Triangle Tour which includes a visit to the Elephant Breeding Centre, Tharu Cultural Museum, and Wildlife Museum. As the name suggests, the Elephant Breeding Centre is the only place in Nepal where Asian elephants are bred in captivity. It is an interesting place to learn more about how elephants are trained, kept, and utilized in research and conservation activities. Tharu Cultural Museum has a huge collection of artifacts used by Tharu people in their day-to-day lives. The Wildlife Museum displays specimens of wild animals.
